Six Article Writing Tips For Better Articles

A lot of people, including seasoned writers and marketers dread the idea of having to write another article.
There are some who feel like it seems to be too much work and it all goes to waste when no one reads their article anyhow. To a few people, reading articles seem like work too, particularly if the article is boring and very unstimulating. Well, articles are conjectured to be read, that’s their intent, to bestow your knowledge, message and information. If it is not read by anybody, then it is a waste of time and energy.

But all the same, articles have to be written to be read. It’s just a matter of making them effective. Making a good article doesn’t have to be strenuous and arduous. There are just some points needed to be reminded of, and some guidelines to follow. Once you get the hang of it, writing articles should be fun, as well as advantageous for you and your website.

Of course, the articles you pen must be about a theme you know something about, that’s why if you own a site, you in all likelihood have some knowledge about the theme of your site. When you write about it, you won’t have too hard a time because you already know what the subject is and what it’s about. It’s just a matter of making your articles creative, educational and stimulating.

To make sure that your articles get read and enjoyed, here are six really useable tips. These tips will make your articles readable, informative and interesting.

1) Apply brief paragraphs. When the paragraph are really long, the words get jumbled in the mind of the reader. Just looking at a long paragraph can get quite confusing and makes it hard work to read it. The reader will just quickly disregard the paragraph and move on to much easier reading articles that are favorable to look at as well as read. Paragraphs can be a single sentence, sometimes even a single word!

2) Make use of numbers or bullets. As you are stressing each relevant point, numbers and bullets can quickly make the point easy to remember and digest. As each point, tip, guide or method is started with a bullet or point, your readers will know that this is where the tips start. Format you bullets and numbers with indentations so that your article won’t look like a single block of boring square paragraphs. It pays to add a little bit of flair and originality to your articles shape.

3) Use Sub-headings to sub-divide your paragraphs in the page. Doing this will break each point into sections. It will also be easy for the reader to move on from one point to another; the transition will be smooth, easy and ‘natural.’This way, you will never lose your readers attention as well as the point and direction of your article.

4) Provide a good attention-grabbing title or header. If your title can entice a person’s curiosity you’re already midway there in getting a person to read your article. Use affirmations and questions that utilize keywords that people are looking for. Supply titles or headers that describe your articles content, but should also be short and compact.

Use titles like, “Tips on making her want you more”, or “How to make her swoon and blush” .You could also use titles that can command people, for example, “Make her yours in six easy Ways”. These types of titles reach out to a persons’ emotions and makes them interested. Once you have the readers emotional attention, you are guaranteed that person will read your article.

5) Keep them interested in your article from the very first word, to the last. From your opening paragraph, use real life situations that can be adopted by the reader. Use good descriptions and metaphors to drive home your point, just don’t over do it. Driving your examples with graphic metaphors and similes would make it easy for them to imagine what you are talking about. Making the experience pleasurable and enjoyable for them.

6) Utilize figures when necessary and not just ordinary and insipid statements. Using specific facts and figures can heighten your article because it makes it authoritative. But do not make it too formal, it should be light and easy in them and flow. Like a friendly teacher having a little chat with an eager student.

7)Don’t use drawn-out, technical or unusual words. Many authors assume that their readers already know about the subject. These authors use technical words and jargon that are hard for the reader to understand and follow. So try to keep it as non-technical as you can. After all, you want them to visit your website for a more in depth understanding of what you are writing about.

8)Pay close attention to your spelling and grammar. If your article is cluttered with spelling mistakes, and bad use of grammar, then that will weaken your claim to be knowlegeable about the subject you are writing about, and may get your article declined. If you want to give the appearance of being an authority on your subject, always run a spell check before submitting your article.

Tips For Choosing An Auto Insurance Agent

Prior to the acquisition of your auto insurance, it is important for you to find out which agent is right for you. Even though shopping around for insurance is not an all that difficult task, but having a knowledgeable agent help you out would make the entire procedure far easier. And after acquiring your insurance, you can question your agent all you want instead of negotiating all of the red tape which is generally found in the insurance industry.First of all you need to figure out whether you require an independent agent or an agent that functions directly for a particular insurance company. Remember that independent agents are not employed by a particular company and for that reason they have the tendency to present you with a wider range of products. They have the capability to offer you policies from a number of companies instead of simply focusing on one. An agent working for a particular company can only show you products offered by it.There are chances that you would want to use an independent insurance agent. You must assess quite a few before deciding which one fulfills all of your needs. You must question him about the professional associations he belongs to as well as the designation he holds. This would give you a fair idea whether he has good information about the industry or not. Secondly, the agent of your choice must be an active advisor. You might want to put this in writing in your agreement for your files. You must make sure that your agent has the capability to answer all of your insurance questions, no matter how small they may seem to you.Your agent should further be knowledgeable. Make sure that you ask a lot of questions before actually signing up for the policy. You have to ask detailed questions about the policy, for example how a specific type of claim would work. But what you further need to make sure is that you know the answer to the question yourself before asking. This will help you learn whether or not the agent is knowledgeable about the policy.Remember that you and your agent will be working together on a regular basis so you need to choose one who you are comfortable talking with. Eventually, you must choose an agent who is ready to provide you everything in writing and not just make you take his words.

The Complete Las Vegas Rental Car Checklist, Tips & Tricks

There is a lot of money to be saved by taking the time to learn some tips and tricks for getting the best Las Vegas rental car for your money. Follow these simple car rental savings tricks and you will have more money to spend on your Las Vegas vacation.

Check with your credit card company to find out if it has free or discounted rates for the Loss/Damage Waiver coverage when you use that credit card for rental payment.

Make sure you have a valid driver’s licence for driving around Las Vegas. If preferable, ask for a car rental that has a trunk rather than a hatchback. The last thing you need is thieves being able to see all your personal belongings.
Call your existing car insurance company to find out what coverage you have under that policy when renting a car in Vegas. This way you will be able to decline some insurance coverage that Las Vegas car rental companies offer you and save on your hiring cost.

Always check a rental car when you first get into it. Point out any existing damage to the car before you pull out of the car space.

Make sure you are familiar with how that car operates. Locate things like the gas tank, wipers, lights, horn, direction signals, gear shift and make sure they are easy to operate and not faulty. Also make sure the car manual is in the car.
Make sure you have a good map and detailed directions.

Make sure you ask the car rental company the following 7 questions:

1. Are there any discounts available?

2. Do they charge an airport shuttle fee for customers who arrive by shuttle?

3. Do they give unlimited mileage and what are the conditions?

4. What are the booking requirements for the lowest rates?

5. Is there a surcharge for additional drivers?

6. Is there a limit to how far you can travel in the car?

7. Are there any drop off charges?

Las Vegas car rental charges can fluctuate as often as Las Vegas hotel room rates. They are usually their lowest two weeks before Christmas and at their highest throughout January. If your visit coincides with a convention you may not be able to get a rental car at all.

If you are planning a vacation during a quieter time of year you may benefit by using trying out these various Las Vegas car rental techniques:

Book your car weeks in advance. From 2 weeks before your arrival phone a selection of car rental companies to see if they can offer you a better deal. If they can, cancel your original reservation and book at the new lower rate. Don’t book a car rental until you get there. You may find that you don’t need a car very much at any rate because you will be spending most of your time on the Strip. You may end up only wanting a car for one or two days. If so, have a look at Las Vegas magazines, newspapers and coupon books for the best Las Vegas car rental discounts. Phone around for availability when you have found the best deals.

Check the in-flight magazines for Las Vegas rental car coupons. You can usually get information about coupons by calling toll-free numbers of airlines. Reserve a car rental for the first 24 hours only. Make sure you can pick up the car at the airport and that you can drop it off at one of the locations on the Strip without paying any additional charges. While in Las Vegas, look at all the coupon offers for car rental and reserve a car for the last 24 hours. Make sure you can pick up the car on the Strip and return it to the airport without penalty.
